Motivation needed for personal challenge
I've never been one for exercise as I find it quite boring and while on induction I think this might be the best time to take advantage of a little.
SO.... with the help of you Buddies, I'm going to promise (challenge myself) to do TEN tummy crunchers for every reply I receive. :daze: :daze: :daze: SO PLEASE MOTIVATE ME!!! Bring on those abs, Thanks! Sue |

I was a bit stiffer thismorning, but I pushed myself and did 25 full sit-ups and 25 half crunchers that 50 yippee!
