After a few false starts im determined
 

to stick with a low carb plan in time for christmas.
Ive had great success early in the year with Low Carbing, but since june ive not been able to stick with it for morw than a week.
Im determined to loose about 20 pounds of fat between now and dec 20th, i know this sounds like a lot, but if i stick with it i know i will loose at least that.
Low carb works immediatly and noticeably well with my body, so i pray i can find the power to avoid the Beer and Piza!

glad to hear that your back to low carbing.
I've recently come back to low carbing after too long a break. What I will say is that low carbing second time around doesn't move the weight as quickly as the first time, so please don't get too upset if you don't get that 20lb loss by the 20th Dec. Just stick to it and don't forget drink plenty water. Keep us up to date on how your getting on.
