Water intake is so very important! If you aren't losing or possible gaining, after being totally honest with yourself, and making sure you aren't consuming any hidden carbs, then increase your water. Your kidneys also need it on this WOE. :wave:

It has made all the difference in the world to me, to have a water cooler in the corner of the kitchen. I love the taste (distilled), it's easy to get at and I can see the level go down as the day goes on. It might be a mind trick but if it works :thup:
