I have heard of the meat/egg fast but now I have heard about the egg fast. Has anyone else heard of the egg fast?

i am doing the stillman diet and yesterday i had about 5 hb eggs and lost 4 pounds in one day and the surprising part was that i was not one bit hungry i wouldnt suggest it but i just couldnt eat any more i just was not hungry but its sorta an individual thing mainly. good luck with your low carbing!

I think it's one of those things that just arise without ever being in a book or an actual part of an actual plan.

It would sure solve the problem of planning meals for a while. :lol:

it wasnt a fast, it was just what i was eating i am on the stillman diet and eggs are one thing that you can have unlimited quantities of, well i had made alot of hardboiled eggs the other nite and they were the only thing i had time to eat yesterday. i had like 5 or 6 of them and thats all i had they just made me so full, i usually ate like 2 at a time so that worked out to about 3 'meals' i didnt mean to do it but it worked out really well on the scale!

thanks for the info.. that wouldn't be enough for me.. i'll go faint, lol..

I can boil a dozen eggs at a time and hope to have some left over after DH and DS get through devouring them. Hehe I would have to boil a dozen a day just to get a few.:)
