I am in Induction. This is what I have been taking. I take this throughout the day at different times. What else should I add?
Multi Vitamin B vitamin Selenium Chrom. Pic. Fish Oil Cal/Mag/Zinc For PMS relief: Eve Primrose oil Don Qui Maca What do I need to add? Thanks |
If you start feeling achy or crampy (especially in the legs), Potassium might be a good addition. Seems like a good mix of vitamins!

Yep...pretty much what I take to the letter, but I do take potassium, and this time of year echinacea.
