Deep Dish Pizza

Hello All!!!

Because of my schedule, I eat out a lot. I was just wondering if any of you out there ate deep dish Supreme Pizza - no crust of course. If so, how do you suggest counting the carbs? I know I try to scrape off as much of the tomato sauce on the top as possible but just in case, I count a little.

Please advise!!!

Is this a particular brand? And is it from a nation-wide US pizza chain or something local?

There is a marvellous recipe on this board for Pizza which has no crust. Have a look in Main Dishes in the Kitchen forum

donald's deep dish pizza quiche is a GREAT recipe. you can do a search for it in the recipies forum. it's so good, even people NOT on atkins like it. and it's sooo easy to make, and if you make a lot of it, it's easy to just throw in the microwave and heat up and it's still good.

Mostly, i was referring to pizza like Giordanos, Gino's East, Dues. I am from Chicago where we eat a lot of pizza. I even think places like Pizza Hut has deep dish pizza.
