Does anyone know anything about the chicken enchilada soup?

Also, what would you Chili's regulars suggest...I eat there all the time but this will be the first time while on this diet...

I had the Steak Fajita's....I just told them no tortillas. I made it into a steak salad with sour cream. I didnt think they were as good as Applebee's steak fajita's though.

I sometimes have a Mushroom cheese burger with a ceasar salad and I toss the bun and the croutons. Or the chicken or steak fajitas. I ask not to have the tortillas.

Chili's
 
I found a site that says this about the chicken enchilada soup: 453 cal, 25gms fat,43 carbs, 34gms protein. I usuallly get the Monterray Chicken with out the bbq sauce and onions. Skip the mashed potatoes and add a salad along with the grilled veggies which is usually squash. I like chicken so it works for me. I also like the grilled chicken caesar but haven't figured out it's carb count.

I would go with someting other than the soup. Soup usually has a lot of hidden and obvious carbs.

Their chicken ceasar ceasar salad is pretty good. I order their steak with a side of veggies. The veggies are usually grilled zucchini and summer squash. YUMMY! Just don't look at the desserts in the little bar menu on the table!
Also I have to mention the fajitas are good too.

Well, I decided to go chicken fajitas with no tortillas, was good. Also had a cup of the soup tho I am thinking it wasnt "fit" for the diet, I figure at my age/weight and activity level I would burn off the additional carbs in no time.
