Fish and meat...

Well after starting Atkins for about a few weeks now, I'm starting to get tired of just buying already made food and want to spice it up a bit by cooking my own stuff with my newly acquired George Forman Grill :D. Any one have any good fish and meat recipies that they use on the GFG? I'm dying to try fish and like steak :D. Thanks!

LOL... you don't need the George Forman Grill, you need a good pan that will keep in all the good fats and not let them drain away... ;)

Steak (seasoned with just salt and pepper), pan fried in butter and Mushrroms, then serve with a green leaf salad... Fantastic...

GFG=Very Cool.

My husband and I just recently bought the Atkins BBQ sauce and Teriyaki sauce--what a difference. We also searched the grocery store for some "legal" marinades (check it out there's a few there). So now our meats taste different all the time.

Try grilling up some steak, adding broccoli, a little bit of almonds, consomme beef soup, Atkins Teriyaki, a tad of sesame oil, and some sweet and low. Wah Lah--Low-Carb Beef with Broccoli. Can't wait to here what you've come up with.
