Question about "The Induction Phase"

I have just started the Atkins Diet and have a question.

In the induction phase: For snacks am I allowed to have the advantage bars or the advantage shakes?

I don't think either are allowed on induction - if you go onto Atkins website, there is an "induction" area, have a look there.

I am not sure about the shakes. I do believe the Advantage Bars are allowed. Some people have said the Bars causes them to stall. ;)

the shakes are allowed, there only 1 carb. most people don't seem2 find that the shakes stall them, but the bars do. i think the shakes are yummy. try the keto-shakes 2, same thing but a bit cheaper.
