PLEASE! Someone tell me this ISNT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was plugging my nutritional info into fitday and I went to Wendy's to get the nutritional info for the Chicken BLT Salad.

hi,

This must be a misprint. IF there was 610 grams of carbs there would be at least 2440 calories in the salad not including proteins and fats and there is only lettuce, tomatos, cucumber, bacon bits and cheddar cheese that would account for carbs. I would guess more likely 5-10 grams of carbs.

That would be alot of croutons!

That is definitely way off! Always double check your portions on fitday. They sometimes have a huge amount as their default, like a cup of something that you would need to change to a Tbsp.

I heard on usenet that was a misprint. If you download the PDF file, it has the correct count I believe

Ooo Sephy!

Where are you in Maryland?

Chicken BLT without croutons and dressing is 310 calories, 16g fat, 4g fiber and 10g carbs. I had emailed them awhile back for the counts on the new salads

I'm from Baltimore county.

*phew!*

I thought I was a gonner!!

Thanks for the info!!! My fiance calmed me down after I showed him that I had a 610 carb salad for LUNCH! He rationally pointed out that for the amount of calories, that it could not possibly be 610g of carbs.

Good ole rationalization....

I think you were reading the potassium count which is 610 mg. The carb count beside it says 10 gr.

at the time it was 610 carbs, they must have changed it since then.

I'm glad you got this straightened out because I just love those new salads.
