Self sabotage.....
Why do I sabotage myself. I do good on Atkins, losing weight then I eat something really stupid, then I feel stupid and want to kick myself in the head.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Maybe you should start a journal so you can track your slip-ups. ;)
I thought I was self sabotaging until I noticed that every month right before TOM visits, I "blow it". Well, I also noticed that my weight did not increase with these episodes. There is probably a real reason for your 'slip up'. Yep, start a journal, it's amazing how things look when you write them down everyday, not just your foods , but your thoughts.
