Low Carb Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade
Here's my low carb recipe for teriyaki sauce/marinade. It takes less than 5 minutes to make & can be refrigerated for quite a while without a problem.
1/4 cup oil (olive or veg)-0g carbs 1/4 cup soy sauce-4g carbs 2 tbsp low carb ketchup-2g carbs 1 tbsp vinegar-0g carbs 1/4 tsp ground black pepper-0g carbs 2 cloves minced garlic-1.8g carbs Mix all ingredients. Makes about 2/3 cup total with a total carb count for the entire batch of 7.8g. Store in fridge. Great as a sauce on chicken, pork, beef, & veggies. Works even better as a marinade before cooking.
