me too

Dear 2brickie

Sorry you are hurting. I have some of the same expierences moreso TOM related. Also, too low calories combined with too little sleep have set them off.

I have taken Excedrin followed by a 20 min power nap and that perks me back up!

Best regards and hope you feel wonderful soon

I am sure that excedrin is low carb, however, what ever you swallow them with is where I would put my worries!

What does your daily menu look like? Maybe it's something in your food..

i think the to low of calories was the trick. i wrote down everything i had eaten for the past two days and it wasnt much. we were on the run so much i just got protein here and there. today i had 3 boiled eggs with avacado and mayo, then chicken breast with butter and 2 pickles, and now im feeling much better. could have been the salt too, as i had drank a ton of water for two days. thanks so much
