I have a marinade recipie that calls for 1 pkg of splenda, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of reduced salt soy sauce and olive oil. My question is since it is a marinade do I still count the carbs for an entire pkg of Splenda, soy sauce etc or do I break this down and if so how? It does not say serving sizes or anything.

Hi Coolazchic

There was a thread on this about a month ago and it was generally decided that as long as the marinade was not consumed as a sauce and the ingredients were not high sugar there was really no need to worry about it. Hope this helps you out :)
