French Toast Crepes-They taste like really decadent French Toast.
 

Hello from a newbie, just thought I'd drop in and say hi, and also share a favorite breakfast recipe.

I also make these and leave out the cinnamon and roll scrambled eggs and sausage in them. If you don't have any of the Atkins bake mix I've also made them using vital wheat gluten.

French Toast Crepes

They taste like really decadent French Toast.

2 eggs
dash salt
1 T. Atkins bake mix
1 T. SF vanilla syrup
dash cinnamon
1/4 cup heavy cream

Beat all together and cook 1/4 cup of mixture in a non-stick skillet as you would for crepes. When they are done and just barley warm, place a heaping tablespoon of whipped cream in the center of each crepe, roll and eat.

i just tried this, i added some water and 2 tbs of bake mix and 1 tbs of oil and yummmy!!!. i filed it with craem cheese
