Just got back from Curves, great work out! On the way there saw the grand opening of a new one and joined on the way back, much nicer and cooler. Will be going back tomorrow. :wiggle: |

Just went to curves- changed to the new one today and it is really nice and the machines are much tighter so I got a much better workout than usual. Will try to make it tomorrow morning! |

Heading to Curves right now and feeling a bit sluggish, have been for a couple days, but hope this will perk me up. :wiggle: :wiggle: :yay: |

30 minutes at curves today, and the sluggishness is gone. Feeling Fine! My newest fitness goal is a minimum of 25 workouts starting from 10/13 and ending 11/22. 23 to go!!!!!!!!! |

Curves today and some gardening, also got a new multi(much better than the old one) and some calcium/magnesium tablets. 22 to go! |
Curves today about 40 minutes with stretching- was a really hard workout, and feel pretty good.

Curves and stretching 45 min, workouts are getting more intense as I am getting stronger and I can feel the burn hours after. 20 to go! |

Curves & Stretching 40 mins-- weigh in tomorrow for Hardkore Challenge....fingers are crossed. Hi Truckerbud :lol: -Glad to see you finally joined. Don't forget to wear your black & orange for tomorrow's workout. Maybe we will win a prize and get some sweatbands. :lol: ...As for the little ta-ta's..... yes, but they will be much higher once I am through, and stick out like sore thumbs!! :) See you tomorrow! Curves today about 40 mins w/stretching- that makes 5 days this wk. Way to go! I feel tighter all over. Curves is the ultimate blend of aerobic & weight resistance training- I can't say enough good things about it. I could never do as well at a regular gym, it would take me hours to get in the same intense workout I do now. It's amazing. It is highly recommended to anyone considering. Tashi 14 to go! |

Worked out at Curves today about 40 mins w/ stretching. I also weighed in today, and I am finally down a # and a few inches. Thank Goodness! I will take it any which way I can get it. 13 to go! |
