finally broke my stall!!

YAY FOR ME :cool: :cool: !! i was so happy this morning when i got on my scale and found that it had finally started moving in the right direction [down] lol, i just had to share it with somebody, 3 weeks now nothing, so for the last 4 days i cycled, the first 2 i upped the carbs a little adding ALOT of water then the last 2 i dropped em back down and wa la this morning i went down a couple pounds, be it only a couple, it felt like a hundred!! lol, anyway i just had to share that.
