Clavicula's log
Okay, so, let's start.
4 weeks postpartum, on A maintenance (mostly). :) Trying to get back in shape slowly. |
Day 2
Yesterday I started the Whole Woman training and keeping the right posture. I have a small cystocele (after birthing 3 babies naturally in 3 years), so I need to strenghten my pelvic floor before I start the cardio workout. The pelvic floor training program is 120 days long. I am gonna start a walking program in weeks, and then the running.

What is the Whole Women training?

Day 3
So far so good. :)
The WW training is a "workout program" that tones the pelvic floor and the vaginal muscles. |

Wow, coming back for 2024!
Wow, long time no see here! This gym log was abandoned for a long time!
I am not even sure if it is even worth it coming back here and do a gym log but it seems to me now that if I could keep up with a simple gym log, this could contrivute for the way to success. I am at a very low weight right now, weighing 50-53 kgs dependig on when in my cycle I stepped up on the scale. I am 43 with literally no muscle and, well not much fat either. But I need muscle, I need the tone and the lean mass. I am measuring my ketones also, I am on a KMT (keto metab therapy) for cancer this is day 55 for me, so my ketone aims are fairly higher than the average healthy person. I am also a LMHR with high cholesterol levels, I am also measuring my chol/trigs all the freaking time. And now a gym log. Well. We'll see how it turns out. I have a home gym with weights and a spin bike. I am doing a fairly big amount of Zone2 bike training right now, because I definitely need more mitochondria for survival and the fat based metabolism I embarked upon 55 days ago. But I will take up weight training and yoga. Yay! |
Progress
Okay, so I have started a decent protocol. I am starting to understand why peolpe are prepairing for contests, running races, triathlons, etc....I am kinda bored with my trainings.
I guess, calisthetics are a good way to work myself towards some goals. Will see. |
