Fresca?

Fresca lists as having no calories, no caffeine, and no carbs yet there is grapfruit juice in the ingredients. Would it be okay to have this?

2 things - I think Fresca is sweetened with Asparteme, which can cause some folks to stall (and I just don't think it's the healthiest choice). Also, you want to make sure it doesn't take the place of your daily water intake.

If you are really craving something carbonated, look for diet sodas that are sweetened with Sucralose (liquid Splenda), which is much better for you.

Otherwise, sure.

Thanks for the response. My mom says it's what she drinks so I figured I could atleast try it. I do love my water so that's no problem. I'd just like to have something with a little more punch to it during my lunch (which I use for my biggest meal). Not sure how apartame affects me so I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks!
