Keto Fruit Spreads

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone here can tell me moe about keto fruit spreads? I miss my fruits. The label says 2g per tbsp!! don't mind 1 tbsp a day as long as I can taste some fruit.

Are they ok for OWL?

They're fine for OWL. I like them.

I also use a brand called 50/50. Check out the Products forum, and there's a lot of reviews.

We're sorta partial to the La Nouba Spreads at 1.6 carbs/tsp. Tasty...especially the raspberry and the apricot!
