My mom used to make something similar .. with a bit of chopped cooked bacon and walnuts on top. I think she used Miracle Whip or something similarly sweet as a dressing :eek: Do you have a nutrient count or at least the carbs per serving? .. that would be helpful for our readers. I realize this is a paleo recipe, but many folks here are following a low-carb program. :rose: |

thanks for the recipe- I have a similar one with a creamy dressing- uses mayo instead of the oil- I'm going to try this one.
