thyroid probs + soy...how do I know?
 

I have just read that soy is being linked to thyroid problems. is this true?I do use a soy based bake mix. How can I know if I have a thyroid problem, and what can be used in place of soy in baking?

There are heaps of sites on the 'net' which will give you both sides of the soy problem..just type the word in. It makes me ill (I have hypothyroidism), but has no effect on others.

A simple blood test would establish the health of your thyroid.
