is my exercise routine ok?

im new at these thing of exercising, so i was wondering if im doing it right: i make 30 bike minutes and 120 abs every week day, in the afyernoons, becuase i cant do them in the mornings. ¿is it ok? something else id love to make the best routine of all to dissapear that horrible belly and hip fat. ¿ what routine do you recommend me? im 13 years old, weigh about 130 lbs and my height is about 5´8´ or 170 cm. thanks a lot Sandrita |
Oh my God - I don;t know about everyone else, but huge alarm bells are ringing ....
You are only 13, you are too young to be worrying about your weight. Your weight is pretty healthy - remember that you are still growing!!!! I recommend come off low carb - excercise moderatley ( you should be getting enough at school) and just watch what you eat. If you truly think that you are overweight consult your Doctor She/He can recommend something appropriate for your age and build...... Sorry |
