Good Morning All, Does anybody know if those low carb tortilla/wrap things are ok to use during induction?

No they aren't ok during induction if you're following atkins.

I used them during my last week of induction w/o a problem. But you should have more than 2 or 3 per week. They are frankenfoods and may cause you to stall

oops "shouldn't have more than 2 or 3 per week" i meant
