Just getting Started

I woke up this morning and I just had to take action. I got on my computer and somehow found this website. I have a lot of learning to do, but it is time. If you have any advice for someone just getting started please feel free to pass it along. My goal is to lose 50 pounds in 2004. Take Care...

Hello welcome to the forum, take 4beans4me's advice. She pointed you to the same place I was going to mention. Good luck on losing the 50 it can be done, some folks can loose that in 6months depending on how strict and active they are. But it is a definate possibility for you to reach that goal by year end.
