Just wanted to introduce myself to ya'll. I am glad I found this forum, looks quite active. I have been LC for 3 weeks now. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. Whoever thought I could eat as many brats and sausages that I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Does someone have the decoder ring for all the shorthand in here, what does TOM, DH, etc. mean? What does the ???/???/??? weight indicate?

BigggDaddy, Welcome to the Forum! TOM is "time of the month", DH is "Dear Husband" (DD Dear Daughter, DS Dear Son), etc.

The ???/???/??? weight indicates a person who, for various reasons, chooses not to post their starting, current and goal weights. :)

Welcome bigggdaddy! Congratulations on finding a new WOE (way of eating)!!! This place is marvelous. I love finding the new recipes on here, so I highly recommend giving the search function a whirl for them.
