Hullo all. :)

Well, I'm not at my "goal weight" yet - put 60 kgs down as a "vain goal" - but at 172 cms and down at 63.5 kgs I'd say I feel like a million bucks again.

I have gained and lost before in life, but not lost as deliciously as this time... LOL. Started off at 74.5 kgs this time (have been up hovering around 82 kgs once, a couple of years ago - no, I won't go there again! No! Not! I said...) and it didn't take me more than Atkins Induction to lose 6.5 kgs in two weeks. Lost another 4.5 kgs since - throughout three months.

And meanwhile I can eat spoonfuls of fat crème fraiche!! With cocoa!! YUMMMsters!!

The collected knowledge on this board is awsome. The recipe collection is brilliant. I must do a *triple cowtow* to Karen Barnaby and Doreen for their yumster creations which have helped me through this change of WOE.



So many clever, humourous and good people on this board have enlighened my lowest LC moments and brought extra tingelings to my highest.
