Noticing Some Unanswered Questions
 

Hello All,
I have been following the vegetarian forum for a few days and I have noticed a few health related questions have gone unanswered. I have responded to some questions, but was hoping many of you in the general audience might browse through that forum and provide some insights. I am not vegetarian, but do have an interest in alternative sources of protein, etc. There are questions about cholesterol, getting enough calories, and conception, topics I know many of you might have experience with.

Being a meat eater I doubt I can be of much help to my veggie friends. I am unsure where to get good sources of protein other than soy products or beans :(

Not quite sure of conception either since I have never tried to conceive.

As far as getting enough calories goes back to the meat/fat thing for me. Really clueless as far as what vegans and the likes allow themselves to eat.
