Carrot Cake Triumph, I think???????
 

Ok, my favorite cake of all time is carrot cake. I have never ever been able to resist it. Expecially with cream cheese icing. Well, someone came to work today with one and I almost gave in. My mouth was watering for it. It smells sooooooooo good.
I feel weak just thinking about it. BUT ! I gave my slice away ! Yeah !!!!! I did however wrap a tiny piece in saran to take home and freeze. I can't help it. It is going to be my reward someday. I will call it my farewell to carrotcake piece. I am not allowed to have it until I reach 119 though !

It does feel great. I came so close it is scary though!
I know how much better I feel eating this way.
I have soooo much daytime energy.Not at night though.
I fall asleep at about 9:30-10:00. But other than that all is GOOD !

i'm with you there.... by 10pm every nite, i'm passed out on the couch. i used to be able to stay up really late, but not anymore. i'm up incredibly early too.... 5:30/6am every morning. even on the weekends, which stinks.
