Post some before and after shots
 

Can anyone post some before and after pics of people(bodybuilders or not) that have used a CKD.
I'll try to find the pics of some of the people I know from other
sites on the web who have had great success with a CKD.
Does anyone know where to find any before and after pics.

i would but my "before" pictures have been classified "top secret" by the government. They are not to be seen by anyone until such time as my goals are met.

you can find mine in my success story, but I only take pics at certain points of the year ... not just pre and post CKD. So I guess it's not entirely fair.

Welllllll .... I'll be pretty much a chunkster when I get ready for my next CKD adventure. I'll be sure to take "before" pics before I start each phase.

I start the transition in January, but don't plan to be CKD again until March.

Fern's success story is good, and was a true CKD before and after (6 week cycle).
