4 Days past Induction...Now What?

I am on my 18th day of induction. I have several questions.
I want to continue limiting my carbs to 20. I have lost 18 pounds so far, but want to lose an additional 30 pounds.

1. When can I have any sugar? I want peanut butter and I found the lowest sugar is about 2g's with 4g's of carbs.

2. Will the sugar from the peanut butter stall my weight loss?

I would rather lose the weight than have the peanut butter. I am highly strict on sugar instake. I have not eaten anything that has 1g of sugar in it...

Any help is appreciated.

Well actually if you are ready to increase your carbs you can buy natural peanut butter at almost every supermarket or health food store with no sugar added.

But peanuts are a higher carb nut so just consider macadamian nuts, pecans, walnuts or almonds that have much more fiber making them lower carb.

Also, this is an experiement also, because nuts do stall some people so keep that in mind.

All the best to you.

The sugar is the all natural sugar coming from the peanuts. I get the All natural Laura Scudders peanut butter and the ingredients are just peanuts and salt. The nutritional information says 2 grams for sugars so it has to be the natural sugars from the peanuts.
