Work It
Feeling great. My work outs have doubled in intensity over the last 2 months. I finally understand what people say when they talk about the thrill of working out. I do at least 3 days a week of cardio and at least 3 of strength.
Friday: 25 minutes on recumbant bike, 15 on elliptical - which is a beating. |

Sunday! 45 on treadmill :wiggle: Monday! 40: 25 on recumbant bike, 15 on elliptical machine :agree: Tuesday! 10 on elliptical, weights :yay: :doah: |
