Flax O Meal Granola

Has anyone had this? I bought the Wild Cherry Nutrageous today and it is delicious! Maltitol is in it though.........Was wondering of anyones experiences with it, stalls, etc.????
They also had a cinnamon flavored one too and it was so great to have something different.

Where did you find it? I'm learning to love the hot cereal. I miss granola.

Yeah, the maltitol has kept me from buying that company's product. I get Gran's Gourmet Flax 'n' Nut Crunchies instead because it is sweetened with Splenda. I really like Gram's.

Both products are available at www.netrition.com and usually at your neighborhood health food store.

Hi - I bought it at GNC - it was outrageously expensive, but I loved it and found it worth it for the occasional time when I just wanted some crunchy cereal that was good (I odn't like the Atkins brand cereal). This stuff only has 1 net carb for the cinnamon (my favorite) and 2 I htink for the cherry. I did not have any problems with it, but I was strict about the serving size. I ate it with a quarter cup of cream on it. (Lots of calories in that treat, but few carbs!) My DH used it on low carb ice cream. I have had a package for almost a month and I think it has maybe 6 or 7 servings.

I wouldn't think it would be a good every day thing, but that is because I need to watch calories along with the carbs.

Best to try it, monitor what happens and make your own decision.

I've tried it and the only problem I could attribute directly to is was "stomach issues" from the Maltitol. I've never been able to pin a stall on ONE food.
