I FIND THIS SITE VERY EXCITING,I HAVE LEARNED OH SO VERY MUCH. I AM DOING ATKINS AND SO FAR I HAVE LOST 17 LBS. OH YEAH!!!! I AM GOING TO STAY ON THE INDUCTION PHASE FOR AWHILE. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS, I QUIT SMOKING 7 MONTHS AGO AND THIS IS A PIECE OF CAKE COMPARED TO THAT.

:daze: Hi there Jayleen and welcome- We were all new at some time.A very big Congrats :daze: :spin: :roll: :spin: :daze: on the weight and on not smoking.I know how hard the not smoking can be to try and quit.I know the weight will not be a piece of cake to take off also.Parden the use of words.Lets think about that,If it were a piece of cake I would hope it were chocolate that was always my favorite.Any way glad to meet ya. Make a journal and I other's can keep in touch with you. Watch out for them goats up in them thar mountains.

Congratulations on your 17lbs.!!! Like you, I quit using tobacco a number of months ago too!! I also find that this WOE is so much easier than removing nicotine from your blood stream!!

It's only been 1 week for me, but I'm already down 7 lbs.

Keep up the good work!!
