My Before & Now Pictures - 70 Pounds Abandoned!!
 

Hi,

My name is David. I've been on Atkins Induction since February, 2003.

I started low carbing around 2 years ago but never stayed consistent. My longest LC streak was 3 weeks, even that seemed like an eternity. When I take a look back and ask myself why I couldnt do Atkins, I find that I was not ready to wholeheartedly commit myself to the LC WOL. Basically I was out of control in a spiraling circle coming down.

David, I looked at your before and after pics, and I also did the little test picture too. I'm not sure if my mind was corrupted before seeing your pics, or if it's cuz you're a hottie, but keep it up!! You have a great smile and I know you must have been feeling great when you took those 'after' pics. Let those memories guide you if you get tempted to stray...

Good God, how embarassing, I can`t even find a dolphin looking at the picture standing on my head or by looking sideways..lol...Congratulations on your weight loss, you must feel wonderful!!!
