Confused about vitamins
I am a bit confused about all the vitamins and stuff. I have read atkins book and I plan to start the induction phase on December 30th. What type of vitamins should I take. I don't care about how many i take, I just want to make sure I get alot of stuff. So which vitamins do I need?

Definately a good multi-vitamin, probably a calcium supplement, and probably "essential oils" (Omega 3) if you don't have any blood pressure problems, you might want to consider a potassium supplement.
Take a look at the supplement forum - there are many more supplements that people take, but the above ones are what I would consider basic. |
