October Monthly Weight Loss Challenge!
Here is our monthly weight loss challenge!
What this challenge is: an ongoing monthly challenge to support each other as we manage this WOL with the ongoing plan to loose between 4-8#'s a month. We weigh-in on Mondays so first weigh in for this challenge will be October 4rth!! SEE YOU THEN! In the meantime, feel free to continue chatting, sharing recipes and encouraging one another. Add your name to the list below by cutting and pasting into your reply. Keeping it alphabetical helps to keep it in order. We help each other with the list, so don't worry if it seems confusing at first. Please try to be careful and copy the VERY LAST updated post, sometimes you have to go back a couple of postings to find it, because we don't have to post the list w/ each post, only with updating our weights. If your name gets dropped accidently, or if you notice someone else's was left off, please just readd the amounts, and this will help keep the flow of the challenge going! hey guys!!! well last month was not great for me. was stuck at 188 ALL month. im guessing its due to my new exercising routine at the gym and i have started to lift weights(bout 3 weeks now). havent really been strict about atkins. basically just reducing my calories. so this month im going back to strict atkins. lookin to lose 8 pounds this month. i know i can do it!!! nice to see ya'll again. good luck.

I am so in folks. Happy Belated birthday Karen and congrats on not cheating? Question for you all. I weighed in on Monday and I was 162.4. Monday is my official weigh in day but this morning I was 159.4. I'm kind of suspicious of the loss though and I'm not sure which stat to use for the start.
