Breakfast scramble...YUMMY!!!

1 package roll of breakfast sausage, crumble up and fry it, add green chile and green onions, and 10 eggs, slowly mix eggs w/ sausage and onions, and shredded cheddar. And also top w/ more cheese and sour cream, salsa( preferrably Sadie's).....YUMMY!!!!

Try mixing the night before...

We do this and mix up the night before...pull out the next am and bake at 350 until brown.....great also with mozzarella cheese!! Trying sauteing mushrooms and onions in butter and add in...you can even added leftovers from the supper the night before.....a little "cream" helps to make this casserole fluffy!

My stomach is calling out as I read all of these wonderful breakfast recipes! What kind of cream do u suggest using? Sour, whipping or heavy?

What is green chile? How much of it do you add. How much shredded cheese?

When you top with more cheese and sour cream and salsa, do you do this once it's on your plate or while it's in the pan?

Sounds yummy!
