I've been seeing the tv add about sonic's carb friendly hamberger bun. But they don't tell you how many carbs are in the bun. Does anyone know. And has anyone tasted their low carb wraps and how many carbs are in that.

Wow, I looked at that guide just now. It sure doesn't look very low carb. :(

It definatly is not that carb friendly!! that is more than one day of carbs for most of those sandwiches!!...maybe they need to go read the lc books!! LOL

thanks for the link. I wouldn't recommend any of the items for those who are in induction. But for those who are past that or even on maintenance its not too too bad.

THe low carb bun is 24 grams but minus the 9 grams of fiber that is only 15 grams of carbs.

The Low Carb chicken wrap is 39 grams of carbs minus 23 grams of fiber thats only 16 grams of carbs.

The low carb little cheese is 28 grams minus the 7 grams of fiber thats 21 grams of carbs.

Its nice to see that restaurants are coming across so when we are in a hurry and need food, we don't completely blow our way of life.

I think they charge you an extra 50 cents or something also for the low carb bun as well!

So no running to the nearest Sonic for me. Their wraps ar 15 carbs! I can buy them myself at 5 carbs per tortilla.

But does anyone know where I can buy low carb pitas, like what Quiznos sales on their sandwiches?
