don't feel so bad
i had a piece of fried chicken today too. :( One of my private piano students made dinner tonight and I didn't feel like explaining to another person why I couldn't eat their food. Perhaps it's just an excuse because I beleive the real reason as to why I ate the chicken is because i really wanted a %$%^ piece of fried chicken. i'm not going to sweat it and tomorrow, strictly low carb.

Hope youare back on track now - you've done so well - a little slip now and then is HUMAN!
I know it is hard to keep explaining to everyone what you can and can't eat. An occasional slip just keeps you on track. I am on the road to slimness - hope you are too! Wendye :wave: |
