is it fatty or just loose skin. if it's loose skin, you might need a tummy tuck. |
Body flex exercises for the stomach are great and then there is someone who has specific exercises for the abs that work in 2 weeks. Maybe you could do a search and come up with his name/exercises. He was on the Today show. Oregano oil also gets rid of bloat and 14 day Fat Flush plan gets rid of fat in stomach and hips.
There are many ab exercises free fro an internet search. |
thing is, with abdominals... most of the issue with seeing them is diet rather than exercises, since you can't spot reduce...
if it's loose skin from babies, surgery is the only option. |
no its not flabby or loose, just fat that needs to go away and I want it gone quickly. My goal is to get my belly button pierced and cant do it till my belly is flat again. So try a search on body flex

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/simon7.htm http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exe...=Decline+Crunch treadmill will help but not as much as incorporating a weight routine and using some cardio to burn off excess. that's my bias.. :) lifting also strengthens bones. |

if you were holding water it would make you look tighter... but that's not really the issue at hand, imo. |
BTW, some ppl here have reported good results with 'brushing' to help the body tighten and re-absorb loose skin. Basically, you use a rough washcloth or a loofah to 'brush' or rub the area in question to stimulate blood-flow. Don't do it so hard or often that you hurt yourself or cause abrasions, but make it 'glow'. Time also helps.

Legwarmers, can you do those hanging leg raises on a Roman chair? There's nowhere to hang at my gym.
(For a long stupid ranting gym story, please visit my journal. Today's entry. ). |
