Hey all,

Just a quick second to post before I run off to work - I've been mia for a week or two but I'm still low carbing and doing great. I was sick last Friday, and actually hit my 20 pound mark the next morning, but then, the weight went back up as I started to feel better - I battled to hit 232.5 again for several days. I did finally get it, a few days ago, then 232 where I stayed for a day or two, and now, this morning, I woke up at 228.5 - that's 3.5 pounds overnight - does that qualify as a whoosh? So - after what seemed like forever to get to 20 pounds lost, just a few days later, I'm 25 pounds lost :).
Cool! I love this lifestyle!

Since I posted here and asked what I was doing wrong (9 days ago) I have lost 6 lbs! When it decides to start coming off, boy does it drop!
