OMG, I've almost lost 30 pounds!!!
 

Hi everyone! I don't post much, but I am always lurking :wave:

I just wanted to say that I have almost lost 30 pounds, I am 2 pounds away from the 30 pound mark.

OMG! People have started noticing & my rings are looser, my pants are falling off & it's a wonderful feeling! :D

Thank you Dr. Atkins for giving me a way to shape up & stay satisfied.

I've been on Atkins for almost 3 months :thup: and I have found it so easy, I have all this energy & I sleep better, my skin looks better.

I have definitely found a whole new way of life :)

I read somewhere that think of yourself not carrying 6 5lb bags of sugar around with you everywhere!

Feels great doesn't it? I've lost 10 since the begining of the year when I made my resolution (only lost 10lbs from jan to march) and then 30 since then due to atkins.

I'm so happy. Now if i just get rid of this gut! haha
