Because of many of you on this board I've done it. I finally stayed on Atkins longer than 11 days and I've passed the 159 mark that I had yo-yo'd up and down since January of this year.

Thanks, Rickin, Supernova, Pandora, Shannonp, Tofi, etc. There are many more, but just to name a few. All of you have motivated me to continue doing atkins, have helped me during my critical points of breakage, when I was down you guys lifted me up, when I was confused and made no sense you didn't give up instead you all helped me. Gave me the support I never had.

I weighed in today at 156 my lowest ever and I couldn't have done it without you guys...Thanks so much....
