back again after 5 months and starting induction lookin for a buddy and encouragement
 

Hi back again , after 5 months i think , didnt stick to atkins but didnt put up too much weight either. 7LLBS but i am giving up smoking on the 22nd of Nov Allen Carr Seminar Its supposed to be v good.
So getting stuck into Atkins now as i dont want the weight to pile on , when i give up and Atkins has been the best and easiest way for me.
So starting on Tues the 4th next week So wish me look Glad to see the forum still working away it was always great encouragement for me.

Hi Mary - welcome back. I fell off during the summer, put back 10#, but have been back for over a month now and feel great. Good luck with quitting smoking, that has to be the next on my list, but one thing at a time. Where in Ireland are you? My DH's family is from Dublin.
