Question: Heavy Cream?
 

Under the "Beverages" section (for Induction), it says to limit cream (heavy or light) to 2 to 3 tablespoons per day, but under the "Special Category Foods", it says you can have three *ounces* of unsweetened heavy cream...which one is correct?

Is that not sour cream under the specialised foods? I know it was in my book. Now you've gotten me confused too!

Right, read book again, got it.

You can have 2-3 tbs heavy cream per day so I use that in my coffee. On TOP of that you can also have an amount of sour cream too! Hooray!
