Carbs in 1c. total yield CRUSHED pork rinds(plain)?

I'm making a broccoli casserole and need to know the carb count for this. Would also appreciate if anyone could tell me the fat, protein and calories as well. :)

The bag I bought gives a serving size as a 1/2 oz. And there's 12 servings per bag. From the looks of things, I used half the bag to get a 1 cup crushed yield, meaning I used 6 servings from this particular bag. My estimation for the total 1 cup yield was: 6 carbs (it was listed as 0 on the label but sugars were listed below in the ingredients, so I counted each serving as having 1 gram carb content), 30g fat, 54g protein, and 480 calories. Am I way off here? It's so hard to estimate oz.'s when you're crushing the rinds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's even harder to provide the information when you don't have the crushed pork rinds "in hand" (which you do).

What I did was buy a small kitchen scale. And weigh 'em. It's much easier to figure the totals because the serving information is given by weight.

Also, I strongly recommend going to a good quality carb counter, either a paperback (great investment) or online (right here, see Carbohydrate Counter over under Quick Links on the right; or Fitday; or the USDA database... all good). You won't have to guestimate so much.

Hope this helps.
