Ranch Dressing?
 

Which brand of Ranch salad dressing tastes best? Also, can I have regular tea or does it have to be herbal tea?

Hello, regarding the Ranch, it's a rather personal taste, if you have'nt bought it before, you may want out start with a big brand name, like Kraft or Hiddden Valley. Or if you have been using others products by kind of No Name or store brands that you like, then try theirs if they have one.

As for the tea, we you should be avoiding all caffeine during induction, but lot's don't, I drink Tetley's Decaf, and really enjoy it.
