Yummy green beans and mushrooms!
 

OK...someone posted this recipe, but I can't find it anywhere....so here it is again!

1 lb green beams, remove ends
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 T butter
sm pkg sliced mushrooms
parmesan cheese

Steam beans until just tender....about 10 min.
Meanwhile, saute mushrooms and garlic in butter. Add beans and toss, then saute for just a couple of minutes. sprinkle with parmesan cheese just before serving.

I made these for Thanksgiving dinner and they were a big hit! I am not a green bean lover, but these were so good, I'll make them again!

I kinda miscalculated with cooking times and ended up with them a little over done....but oh wow were they good!
