New to TDC and this Forum..
 

Hello,
I just happened to find this web site while searching on the web yesterday. I followed the Atkins food plan for right at 9 months due to a medical issue I have been off the plan now for 8months. I was just given the green light from the Dr to start this food plan again. I am ready to find a good line of support and move forward with the last 100 lbs I have to loose. I did mange to loose 65 last year . So I am ready to continue on the Low carb journey and achieve my goals . I would sure appreciate any input and encouragement to help me continue my LC journey .
